  • Day of event: Instruct all service providers and wedding party, to direct all questions to me and not to the bride.
  • While you are planning your event I will share my 20 years of experience as Banquet manager to help with service provider needs (ie: working with hotel negotiations or recommending quality florist)
  • White Glove Services Manager will attend rehearsal to ensure ceremony details happen as planned.
  • Your Hotel or Reception Hall set up plans usually need to be checked on the day of wedding, White Glove Services Manager will confirm room set up, decorations, guest book, seating plan, cake & knife and any other set up details that need direction.
  • Your ceremony location may need some last minute touches to give the perfect presentation White Glove Services Manager will arrive in advance to ensure the set up is picture perfect.
  • While you are getting ready you may have some last minutes thoughts or concerns White Glove Services Manager will go to your location, to take away any anxiety you might have about the day, and listen for any last minute plans.
  • Your wedding party may need some last minute coaching at the ceremony, to instruct ushers how to greet the guests or getting the ceremony started White Glove Services Manager will keep thing flowing.
  • Meet bridal party as they arrive, and arrange the beginning of the ceremony.
  • Make any announcements, if required, before ceremony commences.
  • Direct processional, and assist, with moving things like chairs, communion Gifts, or décor that was planned in the rehearsal.
  • Set up receiving line if required.
  • Direct wedding party and family, to the planned cars, to head to pictures.
  • Work with photographer and wedding party, to assist organizing group pictures according to planned list.
  • Call hotel or reception hall in advance of our arrival
  • Up date kitchen and service team as to the timing to ensure quality of meal
  • Help facilitate any pictures that happen at the hotel
  • Go over emcee details and DJ instructions.
  • Call your guests to dinner
  • Line up bridal party to enter room coordinated with music if required
  • Listen to emcee and assist if he/she misses a step
  • Keep Photographer aware of event timing for picture opportunities during dinner
  • Help arrange cutting of the cake
  • Let emcee know when to start the toast and how to end toasts
  • Confirm DJ is ready for first waltz 
  • Confirming the detail of returning the wedding supplies after the event.
  • Wish for your happiness and say good night
